Refer to the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for guidelines as to what is or is not permitted. The ARC Board has 30 days to review and respond. Requested actions must begin within 90 days of approval date.
Lantana Lakes
Nothing contained herein shall be construed to represent that alterations to lots or buildings in accordance with these plans shall not violate any of the provisions of the Building and Zoning Codes of Duval County, to which the above property is subject. Further, nothing contained herein shall be construed as a waiver of modification of any said restrictions.
Required building permits shall be obtained from Duval County prior to the start of any construction. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as a waiver of said requirement.
No work on this request will commence until written approval has been obtained from the Architectural Review Committee.
Any exterior alterations undertaken before written approval has been obtained is not permitted and I may be required to restore the property to its former condition at my expense. Further, I may be subject to a fine and any associated legal expenses.
I give the A.R.C. and/or Managing Agent, express permission to enter my property at a reasonable hour to inspect the proposed project, the project in process and the completed project.
Marsh Sound
Any modifications to your property must be submitted to the Marsh Sound Associations’ Architectural Review Committee for approval.
If you are submitting this form after the work on the proposed improvement has started or after it has been completed, you are required to remit payment of a POST-APPLICATION FEE OF $250.00. PLEASE MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO MARSH SOUND ASSOCIATION, INC. A POST APPLICATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE FEE.
Homeowners are reminded normal construction hours are 7AM to 6PM, Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5PM on Saturday and no work is allowed on Sunday or on the following holidays: New Years, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. The ARC must approve any exceptions, in writing.

The Osprey Pointe Architectural Review Committee meets on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 7PM at the clubhouse.

Summer Sands
Any modifications to your property must be submitted to the Architectural Review Committee for approval PRIOR to any work or modifications being constructed on your property. Please allow two to four weeks for complete processing. Include complete descriptions, dimensions, style, type, drawings, materials being used, colors etc. The more information you can provide will help to expedite your application. Please attach a copy of a final boundary survey showing the location of improvement in relation to other structures and having lot lines marked. Survey should be marked with x’s plotting the location of fences.
Roof Materials-Requires City permit. The color of the shingles must be “Weathered Wood”. Shingles must be “Architectural” composition asphalt or fiberglass and must meet current hurricane codes. For clarification, regardless of the type of shingles your neighbors have, you MUST use “Architectural” style shingles. In the event of having a contiguous roof with a neighbor, it is your responsibility to ensure that a straight, “non-zippered” joint is achieved.
